Okay, so Wikipedia is doing training for the NIH to participate more in health-related articles.

When do we get clear guidelines and training prescribing how commercial entities, and the people that work there, should contribute to articles for which they have subject matter expertise (and also conflicts of interest)?

Yes, there are guidelines that exist now. But enforcement is inconsistent and, in practice, the quality of content suffers.
