So I caught a bit of Bernanke’s testimony before the Joint Economic Committee today, and this one fella, Maurice Hinchey, really blew me a away with a comment towards the end of the hearing.
I couldn’t find a transcript, but he said something to the effect of “we’re looking at some serious stagflation here, and we need to think bolder and more creatively about solutions to help make average Americans better off.”
HELL yeah we do! This guy might actually get down with you-know-who.
